血液病细菌检验技术在儿童血液病患儿中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Bacterial Test Technology for Children with Hematological Diseases

目的儿童血液病患儿中采用血液病细菌检验技术,分析应用效果。方法自我院随机选取54例儿童血液病患儿,选自2017年8月至2018年7月,根据抽签法随机分组,行血液病细菌检验技术的27例患儿纳入实验组,行常规诊疗的27例患儿纳入对照组。对比2组患者各项数据。结果实验组患儿对比对照组患儿,病情稳定率88.88%、家长治疗效果满意度96.29%均明显改善,P<0.05。结论儿童血液病患儿中采用血液病细菌检验技术的应用效果较为理想,对显著改善患儿病情稳定率、家长治疗效果满意度存在积极作用,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze application effect of bacterial test technology on children with hematological diseases.Methods Choose 54 cases hematological disease children randomly in our hospital from August 2017 to July2018.According to lottery method,27 cases with bacterial test technology were included in experimental group and 27 cases with routine diagnosis and treatment included in control group.Compare various data of two groups.Results Compared with control group,stable rate of disease in experimental group was 88.88%,satisfaction degree of parents was 96.29%,with improved treatment effect,P<0.05.Conclusion Bacterial test technology has ideal effect on children with hematological diseases,and positive effect on improving condition stability rate of children and satisfaction degree of parents,which has high clinical application value.
