腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗胃癌的临床效果对比研究

Clinical Effect Comparative Study of Laparoscopic Surgery and Laparotomy in Treatment of Gastric Cancer

目的观察并探讨腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗胃癌的临床效果。方法选取102例来我院胃肠外科2017年6月至2018年6月就诊的胃癌患者,随机将患者按照住院号分为实验组与对照组,每组患者人数各51例,对照组与实验组患者分别给予传统开腹手术治疗与腹腔镜手术治疗,对两组患者术中出血量、手术时长、切口长度、术后排气时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间进行对比研究。结果实验组患者术中出血量、手术时长、切口长度、术后排气时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间与对照组结果比较均显著较优,结果间具有显著差异,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论胃癌临床治疗中应用腹腔镜手术治疗具有显著效果,能够有效缩短患者手术时间与胃肠功能恢复时间,不会对患者产生较大创伤,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe and discuss clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy in treatment of gastric cancer.Methods Choose 102 cases gastric cancer patients in gastrointestinal surgery department of our hospital for from June 2017 to June 2018,divide them into experimental group and control group randomly according to hospitalization number,51 cases in each group.Control group and experimental group were treated with traditional laparotomy and laparoscopic surgery respectively.Compare and study intraoperative blood volume,operation time,incision length and postoperative exhaust time,gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time of two groups.Results Intraoperative blood volume,operation time,incision length and postoperative exhaust time,gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time of experimental group was significantly better than control group,difference showed statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has significant curative effect in clinical treatment of gastric cancer,which can shorten operation time and recovery time of gastrointestinal function effectively,with no major trauma to patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
