甘精胰岛素注射液联合阿卡波糖片对继发性磺脲类药物失效的2型糖尿病影响研究

Effect Study of Insulin Glargine Injection Combined with Acarbose Tablets for Secondary Sulfonylureas Failure Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察甘精胰岛素注射液联合阿卡波糖片对继发性磺脲类药物失效的2型糖尿病影响。方法本次样本研究时间开始于2016年1月结束于2018年8月,将我院收治的97例继发性磺脲类药物失效的2型糖尿病患者作为研究样本,根据治疗方法的不同分为联合治疗组(n=49)和单一治疗组(n=48),单一治疗组予以阿卡波糖片治疗,联合治疗组予以甘精胰岛素注射液+阿卡波糖片治疗。而后对比两组患者血糖控制情况、体质量以及低血糖发生率。结果联合治疗组FPG(5.62±0.93)、2hPG(6.42±2.61)、Hba1c(6.71±0.62)、体质量(60.17±10.58)与单一治疗组(6.11±0.82)、(7.58±2.87)、(7.33±0.58)、(64.72±10.26)比较,差异显著,P<0.05,经比较显示t值分别为:2.7502、2.0833、5.0837、2.1495,P值分别为:0.0071、0.0399、0.0000;联合治疗组低血糖发生率为2.04%低于单一治疗组为12.5%,经比较显示t值为3.9615,P值为0.0465,差异显著,P <0.05。结论甘精胰岛素注射液联合阿卡波糖片对继发性磺脲类药物失效的2型糖尿病影响颇为显著,值得临床一线工作人员将其广泛应用。

Objective To observe effect of insulin glargine injection combined with acarbose tablets on type 2 diabetes mellitus with secondary sulfonylurea failure.Methods Treat 97 cases type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with secondary sulfonylurea failure in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2018 as study samples.Divide them into combination treatment group(n=49)and single treatment group(n=48)according to different treatment methods.Single treatment group was treated with acarbose tablets,and combination treatment group with insulin glargine injection and acarbose tablets.Compare blood sugar control,body mass and hypoglycemia incidence between two groups.Results FPG(5.62±0.93),2 hPG(6.42±2.61),Hba1 c(6.71±0.62),body mass(60.17±10.58)showed significant difference against single treatment group,(6.11±0.82),(7.58±2.87),(7.33±0.58),(64.72±10.26),P<0.05.Comparison showed t value was 2.7502,2.0833,5.0837,2.1495 respectively,and P value was 0.0071,0.0399,0.0000 respectively.Hypoglycemia incidence of combination treatment group was 2.04%,lower than 12.5%of single treatment group,comparison showed t value was 3.9615,and P value was 0.0465,with significant difference,(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin glargine injection combined with acarbose tablets has significant effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus with secondary sulfonylurea failure,which is worthy of wide application by front-line clinical staffs.
