中西医结合治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Heart Kidney Yang Deficiency Type Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨中西医结合治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法将98例心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭患者按随机数字表法分为观察组(49例)和对照组(49例),对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组联合自拟中药温补心肾、活血利水方治疗。结果对比两组患者治疗后组间数据,明显观察组总有效率93.88%更高,对比对照组77.55%存在统计学意义(P<0.05);结论中西医结合治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭疗效显著,对临床具有指导意义。

Objective To explore clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of heart and kidney yang deficiency type chronic heart failure.Methods Divide 98 cases heart and kidney yang deficiency type chronic heart failure patients them into observation group(49 cases)and control group(49 cases)according to random digital table method.Control group was treated with routine western medicine,and observation group with self-made traditional Chinese medicine Warming and Tonifying Heart and Kidney,Promoting Blood Circulation Prescription.Results Compare data between two groups after treatment,total effective rate of observation group was 93.88%,higher than control group(77.55%,P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has significant effect on heart-kidney yang deficiency type chronic heart failure,which has guiding significance for clinical practice.
