美托洛尔与他汀类药联合治疗心肌梗死临床疗效临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Metoprolol Combined with Statins in Treatment of Myocardial Infarction

目的探析心肌梗死患者行美托洛尔联合他汀类药治疗效果。方法本次74例研究对象均为本院2017年6月至2018年7月接收的心肌梗死患者,以患者先后入院顺序完成平均分组,每组37例,对照组行常规治疗,研究组则接受美托洛尔联合他汀类药,对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率是91.89%,对照组是72.97%,研究组较对照组更高,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);在LVADD、HR及TC方面,研究组均较对照组更低,差异统计学意义成立(P<0.05)。结论心肌梗死疾病治疗期间,联合使用美托洛尔和他汀类药物,不仅能够促进患者治疗效果的提高,同时有助于患者心功能及临床症状的改善,值得临床领域进一步采纳和推广。

Objective To evaluate curative effect of metoprolol combined with statins in treatment of myocardial infarction.Methods Treat 74 cases myocardial infarction patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to July2018 as study objects.Divide them into two groups according to admission sequence,37 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine treatment,and study group with metoprolol combined with statins.Compare curative effects of two groups.Results Total effective rate was 91.89%in study group,higher than 72.97%in control group,difference showed statistical significance,(P<0.05).LVADD,HR and TC level of study group was lower than control group,difference showed no statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion During treatment of myocardial infarction,metoprolol combined with statins can not only improve curative effect of patients,but improve cardiac function and clinical symptoms,which is worthy of further adoption and promotion in clinical field.
