浅谈髋关节置换术后高龄股骨颈骨折病人的中医护理

Discussion Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing of Elderly Femoral Neck Fracture Patients after Hip Replacement

目的探讨股骨颈骨折高龄病人在髋关节置换术后行中医护理的作用。方法抽取我院2016年1月至2018年6月间收治的90例股骨颈骨折行髋关节置换术的高龄病人为对象,分常规护理组45例和中医护理组45例,观察不同护理干预下两组发生术后并发症的概率和Barthel评分情况。结果护理后,中医护理组发生并发症的概率是4.44%,常规护理组是22.22%,组间区别明显(P<0.05);中医护理组护理后Barthel评分高于常规护理组,且对护理的满意度高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论对高龄股骨颈骨折病人在髋关节置换术后采取中医护理方案,可显著减少并发症,提高治疗效果和病人满意度,具有推广意义。

Objective To explore effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on elderly femoral neck fracture patients after hip replacement.Methods Choose 90 cases elderly femoral neck fracture patients with hip arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 as objects.Divide them into routine nursing group(45 cases)and traditional Chinese medicine nursing group(45 cases).Observe probability of postoperative complications and Barthel scores of two groups under different nursing interventions.Results After nursing,probability of complications was4.44%in TCM nursing group and 22.22%in routine nursing group,with obvious difference,(P<0.05).Barthel scores of TCM nursing group were higher than routine nursing group,nursing satisfaction degree was higher than routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM nursing program can reduce complications,improve treatment effect and patient satisfaction of for elderly femoral neck fracture patients after hip replacement significantly,which is of promotional significance.
