中医循经淋巴消肿治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者的效果观察

Effect Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Meridians Lymphatic Detumescence on Upper Limb Lymphedema Patietns after Breast Cancer Surgery

目的观察中医循经淋巴消肿治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者的效果。方法随机选取2016年10月至2018年10月我院乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者60例,采用SPSS 21.0将入组患者按先后序列号(1-60)随机分为2组:一组西医安体舒通片治疗组(西医治疗组,30例),一组西医安体舒通片治疗基础上中医循经淋巴消肿治疗组(中西医结合组,30例),统计分析两组患者的肿胀感、疼痛感减轻、肢体活动度增大情况、临床疗效。结果中西医结合组患者的肿胀感、疼痛感减轻、肢体活动度增大比例66.7%(20/30)、56.7%(17/30)、53.3%(16/30)均显著高于西医治疗组20.0%(6/30)、23.3%(7/30)、16.7%(5/30)(P<0.05),总缓解率93.3%(28/30)显著高于西医治疗组66.7%(20/30)(P<0.05)。结论中医循经淋巴消肿治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者的效果好。

Objective To observe effect of TCM meridians lymphatic detumescence in treatment of upper limb lymphedema patients after breast cancer surgery.Methods Choose 60 cases upper limb lymphedema patients after breast cancer surgery in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 randomly,divide them into two groups according to sequence number(1-60)by SPSS21.0.One group was treated with western medicine antisterone tablets(30 cases in Western medicine group),the other group with TCM meridians lymphatic detumescence based on western medicine antisterone tablets(30 cases in combination group).Analyze swelling feeling,pain relief,limb mobility increase,clinical effect of two groups statistically.Results Proportion of swelling feeling,pain relief,limb mobility increase in combination group was 66.7%(20/30),56.7%(17/30),53.3%(16/30),significantly higher than(20.0%(6/30),23.3%(7/30),16.7%(5/30)of western medicine group,(P<0.05),and total relief rate in combination group was 93.3%(28/30),significantly higher than(66.7%(20/30)of western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine meridians lymphatic detumescence has good effect in treatment of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery.
