高龄产妇分娩过程中采取助产护理对其分娩质量的影响研究

Effect Study of Midwifery Nursing on Delivery Quality of Elderly Parturients During Delivery

目的研究高龄产妇分娩过程中采取助产护理模式对其分娩质量的影响。方法收集2017年2月至2018年8月收治的高龄产妇为对象,共140例,随机分对照组70例和研究组70例,对照组给予一般护理,研究组给予助产护理,观察两组分娩质量。结果在不同护理干预后,对照组自然分娩率是62.86%,研究组是80.00%;对照组剖宫产率是25.71%,产钳助产率是11.43%,研究组分别是17.14%、2.86%;对照组产程用时及产后出血量均比研究组多,两组各项分娩情况相比有明显区别(P<0.05)。结论采取助产护理有利于减少高龄产妇剖宫产率,降低产后发生出血的风险,缩短产程。

Objective To study effect of midwifery nursing mode on delivery quality of elderly parturients.Methods Collect 140 cases elderly parturients admitted in our hospital from February 2017 to August 2018,divide them into control group(70 cases)and study group(70 cases)randomly.Control group was treated with general nursing,and research group with midwifery nursing.Observe delivery quality of two groups.Results After different nursing interventions,natural delivery rate of control group was 62.86%,and study group was 80.00%.Cesarean section rate of control group was 25.71%,forceps delivery rate was 11.43%,and that of study group was 17.14%and2.86%respectively.Labor duration and postpartum hemorrhage amount of control group was more than study group,difference showed significance between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Midwifery nursing is helpful to reduce cesarean section rate,postpartum hemorrhage risk and shorten delivery process.
