重症心脏瓣膜病患者瓣膜置换术后ICU综合护理价值评价

ICU Comprehensive Nursing Value Evaluation of Severe Valvulopathy Patients after Valve Replacement

目的探讨重症心脏瓣膜病患者瓣膜置换术后ICU综合护理的效果及临床价值。方法随机于2017年5月至2018年5月来我院就诊的重症心脏瓣膜患者80例,平均分为观察组和对照组两组,每组40例患者,设定给予ICU综合护理的为观察组,设定给予ICU常规护理的为对照组,观察对比两组护理效果及并发症发生情况。结果接受护理后,观察组总有效人数显著高于对照组患者,护理后观察组患者出现心率失常2例(5.00%),出现低心排综合征1例(2.50%),死亡0例(0%),显著低于对照组患者出现心率失常8例(20.00%),出现低心排综合征5例(12.50%),死亡1例(2.50%),两组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对重症心脏瓣膜病患者瓣膜置换术后应用ICU综合护理干预,可有效改善患者心肺功能,提升手术效果,降低并发症发生率,故方案值得临床推广。

Objective To explore effect and clinical value of postoperative ICU comprehensive nursing for severe valvulopathy patients after valve replacement.Methods Divide 80 cases severe valvulopathy patients from May 2017 to May 2018 into observation group and control group randomly.40 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with comprehensive ICU nursing,and control group with routine ICU nursing.Observe and compare nursing effect and complications of two groups.Results After nursing,total effective numbers of observation group were significantly higher than control group.After nursing,2 cases in observation group had heart rate arrhythmia(5.00%),1 case had low cardiac output syndrome(2.50%),0 case died,significantly lower than control group,8 cases had heart rate arrhythmia(20.00%),5 cases had low cardiac output syndrome(12.50%)and 1 case died(2.50%).Difference was statistically significant between two groups,(P<0.05).Conclusion ICU comprehensive nursing intervention can improve cardiopulmonary function,surgical effect and reduce complications incidence of severe valvulopathy patients after valve replacement effectively,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
