粉尘螨滴剂通过改善机体免疫功能治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果观察

Effect Observation of Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops on Allergic Rhinitis by Improving Body Immune Function

目的分析研究粉尘螨滴剂通过改善机体免疫功能治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果。方法选取本院2017年2月至2018年6月收治的132例过敏性鼻炎患者进行此次研究,按照数字表法将所有患者均分为参照组和研究组,每组66例。其中,给予参照组依巴斯汀及左卡巴斯汀治疗,给予研究组在参照组基础上的舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗,比较两组的血清IL-2和IL-6水平、哮喘症状评分和鼻部症状评分。结果参照组的IL-2水平明显低于研究组,IL-6水平明显高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的哮喘症状评分和鼻部症状评分明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用粉尘螨滴剂治疗过敏性鼻炎具有较好的治疗效果,粉尘螨滴剂能够改善患者的机体免疫功能,从而帮助患者在短时间内痊愈,值得推广。

Objective To analyze and study effect of dermatophagoides farinae drops on allergic rhinitis by improving body immune function.Methods Choose 132 cases allergic rhinitis patients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to June 2018 in the study.Divide them into reference group and study group according to digital table method,66 cases in each group.Control group was treated with ebastine and levocarbastine,and study group with dermatophagoides farinae drops under tongue on the basis of reference group.Compare serum IL-2 and IL-6 levels,asthma symptom scores and nasal symptom scores between two groups.Results IL-2 level of reference group was significantly lower than study group,and IL-6 level significantly higher than study group,difference showed statistical significance,(P<0.05).Asthma symptoms and nasal symptoms scores in study group were significantly lower than control group,difference showed statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion Dermatophagoides farinae drops has good curative effect in treatment of allergic rhinitis,can improve body immune function of patients,help them recover in short time,which is worthy of promotion.
