不同剂量纳布啡复合丙泊酚在无痛人工流产手术的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Different Doses of Nabufen Combined with Propofol for Painless Induced Abortion

目的分析比较不同剂量纳布啡复合丙泊酚用于无痛人工流产的临床效果。方法选择2018年3月至2018年6月我院收治无痛人工流产手术的300例患者,本次研究事先经过伦理委员会审批通过,随机均分三组,每组100例。其中,0.1 mg/kg的纳布啡在A组患者身上;0.15 mg/Kg的纳布啡在B组患者身上;0.2mg/Kg的纳布啡在C组患者身上。观察与比较三组患者清醒时间和及丙泊酚的用量,对患者进行疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,时间标准分别为清醒后5 min以及清醒后20 min,记录患者在治疗过程中发生的不良反应。结果三组对比研究显示,三组患者清醒后5 min、20 min VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在A组患者的丙泊酚用量高于B/C两组的情况下,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组患者呼吸抑制率明显高于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在无痛人工流产手术中0.15 mg/kg纳布啡复合丙泊酚既达到好的镇痛效果,又具有高的安全性。

Objective To analyze and compare clinical effect of different doses of nabufen combined with propofol in painless induced abortion.Methods Choose 300 cases painless induced abortion patients from March 2018 to June 2018.The study was approved by Ethics Committee in advance and divide them into three groups randomly,100 cases in each group.Among them,group A was treated with 0.1 mg/kg of Nabufen,and Group B with 0.15 mg/kg of Nabufen,Group C with 0.2 mg/kg of Nabufen.Observed and compare waking up time and propofol dosage of three groups.Evaluate patients with pain visual analogue scale(VAS),with time standard of 5 minutes and 20 minutes after waking up.Recorde adverse reactions during treatment.Results Comparative study showed VAS scores 5 and20 minutes after wakening up had no significant difference between three groups,(P>0.05);when propofol dosage in group A was higher than group B/C,difference was significant(P<0.05);and respiratory inhibition rate in group C was significantly higher than group A and B,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 0.15 mg/kg nabufen combined with propofol has good analgesic effect and high safety for painless induced abortion painless.
