镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器内固定术对多发性肋骨骨折患者术后康复及VAS评分的影响

Effect of Postoperative Rehabilitation and VAS Scores of Internal Fixation with Nickel-titanium Shape Memory Alloy Embracing Fixator for Multiple Rib Fracture Patients

目的研究镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器内固定术对多发性肋骨骨折患者术后康复及疼痛程度(VAS评分)的影响。方法选取2015年3月至2018年3月我院多发性肋骨骨折患者96例,随机数字表法分为研究组(n=48)和对照组(n=48)。对照组采用保守治疗,研究组采用镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器内固定术治疗。对比两组术后康复情况及VAS评分。结果研究组术后下床、呼吸机撤除、住院及骨折愈合等时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);术后12 h、24 h、48 h,两组VAS评分均低于术前,且同时间段内研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器内固定术治疗多发性肋骨骨折,能显著降低术后疼痛程度,促进患者术后康复。

Objective To study effect of internal fixation with Ni-Ti shape memory alloy embracing fixator on postoperative rehabilitation and pains(VAS scores)of multiple rib fracture patients.Methods Choose 96 multiple rib fracture patients in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018,divide them into study group(n=48)and control group(n=48)with random digital table method.Control group was treated with conservative therapy,while study group with Ni-Ti shape memory alloy embracing fixator.Compare rehabilitation and VAS scores between two groups.Results Out of bed time,ventilator removal,hospitalization and fracture healing of study group was shorter than control group(P<0.05);VAS scores 12,24 and 48 hours after operation were lower than before operation of two groups,and VAS scores of study group were lower than control group at the same time(P<0.05).Conclusion Ni-Ti shape memory alloy embracing fixator can reduce postoperative pain degree and promote recovery of multiple rib fracture patients significantly.
