糖尿病孕妇的分娩观察及其助产护理分析

Delivery Observation of Diabetic Pregnant Women and Midwifery Nursing Analysis

目的分析对糖尿病孕妇应用助产护理对其分娩质量带来的影响。方法将收治的120例糖尿病孕妇为对象,入选时间在2016年3月至2018年3月间,随机设考察组与实验组各60例,考察组实施常规护理,实验组实施全程助产护理,观察两组孕妇血糖控制的情况、分娩质量和新生儿情况。结果护理前两组孕妇空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等水平无明显对比差异(P>0.05);护理后实验组各项水平均比考察组低(P<0.05);实验组VAS评分、总产程及产后出血量情况均优于考察组(P<0.05);实验组新生儿发生不良事件的概率低于考察组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病孕妇围生期全程进行助产护理,可以帮助孕妇有效控制其血糖水平,提高分娩的质量和减少新生儿不良事件。

Objective To analyze effect of midwifery nursing on delivery quality of diabetic pregnant women.Methods Treat 120 cases diabetic pregnant women in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 as study objects.Divide them into study group 60 cases and experimental group 60 cases randomly.Observation group was treated with routine nursing and experimental group with whole course midwifery nursing.Observe blood sugar control,delivery quality and neonatal status of two groups.Results Fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin showed no significant difference between two groups before and after nursing(P>0.05);all indexes in experimental group were lower than observation group after nursing,(P<0.05);VAS scores,total labor stage and postpartum hemorrhage in experimental group were better than observation group(P<0.05);adverse neonatal events probability in experimental group was lower than observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Midwifery nursing can control blood sugar level,improve delivery quality and reduce adverse neonatal events of diabetic pregnant women during whole perinatal period effectively.
