摘要 目的探讨发射型计算机断层显像(ECT)全身骨显像技术对恶性肿瘤骨转移的早期诊断价值。方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月我院收治的584例经手术病理确诊的各类恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,对所有患者实施全身骨显像检查,分析其检查结果。结果全身骨显像检测骨转移中以前列腺癌和鼻咽癌最高,其次为肺癌;全身骨显像检测骨转移敏感性为96.15%,特异性为99.11%,阳性预测值为96.89%,阴性预测值为98.90%,准确性为98.46%,正确指数为0.95。结论在恶性肿瘤骨转移早期诊断中应用骨显像技术灵敏度高、显像范围广且准确性高,可值得临床应用。 Objective To investigate the early diagnostic value of whole body bone imaging with emission computed tomography(ECT)for bone metastasis of malignant tumors.Methods A total of 584 patients with malignant tumors diagnosed by clinical operation and pathology admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were enrolled in the study.All patients were diagnosed with Whole-Body bone imaging and analyzed.Results WholeBody bone imaging detected the highest prostate cancer and nasopharyngeal carcinoma in bone metastasis,followed by lung cancer;The sensitivity of Whole-Body bone imaging for bone metastasis was 96.15%,and the specificity was 99.11%.The positive predictive value was 96.89%,the negative predictive value was 98.90%.The accuracy was 98.46%,the correct index was 0.95.Conclusion The application of Whole-Body bone imaging technology in the early diagnosis of malignant tumor bone metastasis has high diagnostic accuracy and can be worthy of clinical application.
