多学科联合诊治痛风用CT诊断的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Multidisciplinary Combined Diagnosis and Treatment of Gout with CT

目的探究多学科联合诊治痛风用CT诊断的效果观察。方法随机选取我院2017年1月至2017年12月就诊的痛风患者56例,随机分为对照组与研究组各28例,研究组采用多学科联合诊治痛风用CT诊断,观察组则采用常规治疗方法。结果治疗后实验组的血尿酸指标明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多学科联合诊治痛风用CT诊断的治疗效果,明显好于单一常规治疗方式,建议临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of multi-disciplinary combined diagnosis and treatment of gout with CT.Methods Fifty-six patients with gout from January 2017 to December 2017 in our hospital were randomLy divided into two groups:control group(n=28)and study group(n=28).The study group was treated with CT and the observation group was treated with conventional therapy.Results After treatment,the serum uric acid index in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of multi-disciplinary combined treatment with CT is better than that of single routine treatment,and it is recommended to be popularized clinically.
