PISETI跌倒管理模型对老年患者跌倒预防的效果观察

Effect of PISETI Fall Management Model on Prevention of Fall in Elderly Patients

目的通过对实施PISETI跌倒管理模型进行护理管理前后两组患者的对比分析,探讨PISETI跌倒管理对降低住院老年患者跌倒中的应用效果。方法以本院开始实施PISETI跌倒管理模型进行护理管理为时间节点,随机选取此节点前后的老年住院患者320例,其中,实施该管理方式前患者160例,实施后患者160例。对两组患者的跌倒情况进行收集整理,并对两组收集的数据进行对比分析。结果在实施系统护理管理模式后住院的老年患者中,有5例出现跌倒情况,跌倒率3.13%;在实施该护理方式前的住院老年患者中,有27例出现跌倒情况,跌倒率16.88%。实施系统护理管理模式护理后,住院老年患者的跌倒率明显低于实施前。数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施系统护理管理模式对住院老年患者进行护理,可以显著降低患者的跌倒率,对预防住院老年患者发生跌倒具有明显效果。

Objective Through the comparative analysis of two groups of patients before and after the implementation of PISETI fall management model,this paper discussed the application effect of PISETI fall management in reducing the fall of hospitalized elderly patients.Methods The nursing management of PISETI fall management model was taken as the time node in our hospital,320 elderly inpatients were randomLy selected before and after the implementation of the management mode,including 160 patients before and after the implementation of the management mode.The falls were collected and compared between the two groups.Results Among the elderly patients who were hospitalized after the implementation of systematic nursing management mode,there were 5 inpatients who had fallen down,and the fall rate was 3.13%;There were 27 elderly inpatients who fell down and the fall rate was 16.88%.The fall rate of elderly inpatients was significantly lower than that before the implementation of systematic nursing management mode.The data were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of systematic nursing management mode can significantly reduce the fall rate of the elderly inpatients,and has obvious effect on preventing the elderly patients from falling down.
