层级管理模式在提高护理管理质量当中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Hierarchical Management Mode in Improving the Quality of Nursing Management

目的探析在护理管理中应用分层级管理模式对提高管理质量的价值和推广意义。方法本院于2017年始应用护士层级管理模式,分别在实施前后各1年内随机抽取50名护士作为本次研究对象来源,落实前护士设为对照组,落实后护士设为观察组,对应常规护理管理、分层级护理管理模式。对两组护士相关管理数据进行比较并归纳分层级管理模式的应用效果。结果记录两组护士的综合护理质量(基础护理、护理态度、护理技能、病房管理),观察组所得数据均有显著优越性(P<0.05);在综合专业素质(理论知识考核、实践操作考核)评价方面,观察组所得数据均有显著优越性(P<0.05);护理缺陷事故和患者投诉情况观察组数据均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在医院护理管理中应用护士分层级管理理念引导模式能够提高护士整体素质,确保护理管理质量,为患者提供更高效系统的服务,值得重视与推广。

Objective To explore the value and promotion significance of applying hierarchical management mode in nursing management to improve management quality.Methods In 2017,the hospital applied the nurse level management mode.50 nurses were randomLy selected as the source of the study in each year before and after implementation.The nurses were set as the control group before implementation,and the nurses were set as observation groups after implementation.Nursing management,hierarchical care management mode.Compare the management data of the two groups of nurses and summarize the application effect of the hierarchical management mode.Results The comprehensive nursing quality(basic nursing,nursing attitude,nursing skills,ward management)of the two groups of nurses was recorded.The data obtained by the observation group were significantly superior(P<0.05);The comprehensive professional quality(theoretical knowledge assessment,practice operation).In the evaluation,the data obtained by the observation group were significantly superior(P<0.05);the data of the nursing defect accident and the patient complaint observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nurses’hierarchical management concept guiding mode in hospital nursing management can improve the overall quality of nurses,ensure the quality of nursing management,and provide patients with more efficient and systematic services,which deserves attention and promotion.
