医院中药饮片调配中PDCA循环的应用价值

Application Value of PDCA Cycle in Dispensing Traditional Chinese Medicine Pieces in Hospital

目的将PDCA用于医院中药饮片调配中,对其应用价值进行评价。方法我院中药房中药饮片调配于2018年1至12月实施PDCA循环管理(设为研究组),2016年1至12月未实施PDCA循环管理(设为参照组),随机抽取两组开具处方单,对两组审核正确率、调配正确率、复核查出差错率进行比较分析。结果调配正确率分别为98.82%、98.98%,与参照组82.68%、84.21%相比,相对更高(P<0.05),研究组复核查出差错率为0.21%,与参照组5.13%相比,相对更低(P<0.05)。结论中药饮片调配实施PDCA循环管理应用价值较高,可提升调配正确率、审核正确率,值得应用及推广。

Objective To evaluate the application value of PDCA in the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine decoction tablets.Methods The PDCA cycle management(set as the research group)was implemented from January to December,2018,and the PDCA cycle management(set as the reference group)was not implemented from January to December,2016.Two groups were randomLy selected to issue prescriptions,and the audit accuracy,deployment accuracy and error rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The deployment accuracy was 98.82%and 98.98%,respectively,higher than that of the reference group 82.68%and 84.21%(P<0.05).The error rate of the study group was 0.21%,lower than that of the reference group 5.13%,(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of PDCA cycle management in the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is high,which can improve the accuracy of preparation and audit,and is worthy of application and promotion.
