微创拔牙技术拔除下颌低位埋伏阻生智齿的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Minimally Invasive Extraction Technology in Removing Impacted Lower Mandibular Wisdom Teeth

目的研究微创拔牙技术拔除下颌低位埋伏阻生智齿的临床疗效及其效果分析。方法从2018年1月至2018年12月在我院口腔科确诊并进行拔除下颌低位埋伏阻生智齿治疗的患者中选取1000例作为研究对象,按照患者采取的治疗技术分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者采用传统的凿骨劈冠法进行治疗,实验组的患者则采用微创拔牙技术进行治疗,每组各500例,对患者的手术时间、术后疼痛、术后肿胀及术后并发症进行比较。结果通过数据对比,实验组的手术时间为(16.3±4.3)min,对照组的为(39.4±10.2)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时术后疼痛、术后肿胀以及术后并发症之间的比较,实验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创拔牙技术能够减少拔除下颌低位埋伏阻生智齿的时间,减轻术后的疼痛、肿胀、并发症等,具有更好的临床效果。

Objective The analysis and research of the clinical effect of minimally invasive extraction of impacted lower mandibular wisdom teeth.Methods One thousand patients with impacted mandibular lower impacted wisdom teeth in our hospital were selected from January 2018 to December 2018.Patients were divided into control group and experimental group which according to the treatment techniques.Patients in control group were treated with traditional chisel and crown splitting method,while patients in experimental group were treated with minimally invasive extraction technique,each group had 500 people.The operative time,postoperative pain and complications after operation were compared.Results By comparing the data,the operation time of the experimental group was(16.3±4.3)minutes,and that of the control group was(39.4±10.2)minutes.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the comparison of pain,swelling and complications after operation in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive extraction technology can reduce the time of extraction of impacted lower mandibular wisdom teeth,relieve pain,swelling,complications and so on.It has better clinical effect.
