吉非替尼皮疹的中西医诊治

The Treatments of Rash from Gefitinib by Chinese and Western Medicine

吉非替尼在非小细胞肺癌的治疗中应用广泛,但其所产生皮疹等不良反应影响患者的生活质量,并可能降低患者的依从性,目前临床针对吉非替尼所致的皮疹尚无统一的治疗方案。西医对吉非替尼所致皮疹的干预措施主要包括抗过敏、抗炎、止痒等治疗,中医则主要通过总结病因病机,辨证论治。

Gefitinib is widely used in the treatments of non-small cell lung cancer,but its adverse reactions such as skin rash will lower the quality of patients’life,which may leading to a lower compliance.Currently,there is no standard treatments of skin rash caused by gefitinib.The measures which Western medicine take are mainly using anti-allergic agents,anti-inflammatory agents,antipruritic liniments,etc.Meanwhile Chinese medicine summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis,and treats based on syndrome differentiation.
