优质护理应用于狂躁症患者护理中的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of High Quality Nursing in the Care of Patients with Mania

目的探究优质护理应用于狂躁症患者护理中的临床疗效。方法选取我院2017年3月至2018年9月期间收治的64例狂躁症患者作为研究对象。将所有患者随机均分成实验组、对照组,各32例。给予对照组常规护理,给予实验组常规护理基础上的优质护理。观察、对比两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者住院时间、住院费用、生活质量及护理满意度均优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论给予狂躁症患者优质护理能够有效提高患者治疗效果,减轻患者经济负担,提高患者生活质量,值得临床大力推广及应用。

Objective Explore the clinical efficacy of quality care in the care of manic patients.Methods Sixtyfour patients with mania who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to September 2018 were selected as subjects.All patients were randomLy divided into experimental group and control group,32 cases each.The control group was given routine care,and the quality care based on the routine nursing of the experimental group was given.Observe and compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients.Results The hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were better than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Giving quality treatment to patients with mania can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients,reduce the economic burden of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
