摘要
本研究通过回顾分析总结了17例病毒性心肌炎患者的护理。护理要点:严密监测患者生命体征、心功能等,重视患者主诉,掌握患者病情变化及护理要点,如心悸、胸痛、呼吸困难等,加强容量负荷管理、心理护理及药物应用的护理,关注患者舒适状态,加强出院随访。17例患者经过系统治疗和综合护理后病情好转出院。
This study summarized the nursing care of 17 patients with viral myocarditis by retrospective analysis.Nursing essentials:monitoring the vital signs of patients,heart function,paying attention to patients’main complaints,mastering the changes of patients’condition and nursing essentials,Such as palpitations,chest pains,dyspnea,etc.strengthening volume load management,psychological nursing and nursing of drug use,etc.17 patients were discharged from hospital after systematic treatment and comprehensive nursing.
