舒适护理应用于心血管护理中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Comfort Nursing Applied in Cardiovascular Nursing

目的将舒适护理措施应用在心血管疾病的护理中,分析这种护理措施取得的效果。方法研究对象是本院在2018年全年收治的心血管疾病患者,共计200例。并且将全部患者分组:一组为观察组,一组为对照组,每组有患者100例。给对照组患者实施的护理措施为常规护理,给观察组患者实施的护理措施为舒适护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果比较两组患者的总有效率,观察组显著高于对照组,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外还比较了两组患者的护理满意率与舒适率,观察组均显著优于对照组,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对心血管疾病患者实施舒适护理措施能够取得理想的护理效果,是一种有价值的护理措施,为临床护理工作提供借鉴。

Objective To apply comfortable nursing measures in the nursing of cardiovascular diseases,and to analyze the effect of such nursing measures.Methods The subjects of study were 200 patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted to our hospital in the whole year of 2018.All patients were divided into two groups:observation group and control group,with 100 patients in each group.The nursing measures for the patients in the control group were routine nursing,while the nursing measures for the patients in the observation group were comfortable nursing,the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Comparing the total effective rate of the two groups,the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,after comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the nursing satisfaction rate and comfort rate of the two groups were compared,the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comfortable nursing measures for patients with cardiovascular diseases can achieve ideal nursing effect,which is a valuable nursing measure and can provide reference for clinical nursing work.
