脑卒中患者的中医康复护理

Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Nursing of Stroke Patients

目的探讨对脑卒中患者实施中医康复护理的方法。方法以本院收治的脑卒中患者共计70例作为研究对象,按照随机原则将患者分成两组,其中35例患者接受常规护理,作为对照组,另外35例患者接受中医康复护理,作为研究组,比较两组患者护理前后的神经功能缺损评分(CSS)以及Barthel生活质量量表(BI)评分情况。结果经过相应的护理之前,两组患者各项观察指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理之后,研究组患者的CSS评分显著低于对照组,BI评分显著高于对照组,组间差异均有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者实施中医康复护理有助于促进患者神经功能恢复,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the method of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients.Methods A total of 70 stroke patients treated in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the random principle:35 patients received routine nursing,as the control group,the other 35 patients received traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing,as the study group.The neurological impairment score(CSS)and Barthel quality of life scale(BI)were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After care,the CSS score of the patients in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the BI score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients with traditional Chinese medicine can promote the recovery of neurological function and improve the quality of life of patients.
