青年血液透析患者乐观现状及相关因素的研究

Study on Optimistic Status and Related Factors of Young Hemodialysis Patients

目的调查青年血液透析患者的乐观现状,分析青年血液透析患者的乐观影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取亳州地区4家医院108名青年(18-44岁)维持性血液透析患者,发放一般资料调查表、乐观量表、慢性病自我效能量表、社会支持评定量表进行调查。结果青年血液透析患者乐观总分为(134.29±16.61)分。Pearson相关性分析显示乐观评分与自我效能、社会支持度呈高度相关。结论青年血液透析患者的乐观水平有待提高,自我效能及社会支持度是其影响因素,因此培养患者自我效能管理水平,提高其社会支持度,有利于提高患者的乐观水平。

Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factor of optimistic psychology among young maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods Totally 108 youth maintenance hemodialysis patients from 4 hospital in Bozhou city(Anhui,province)were investigated with demographic questionnaire,Optimism questionnaire,Chronic disease self-efficacy energy scale and Social support rating scale.Results The total score of Optimism questionnaire was 134.29±16.61,Pearson correlation analysis showed that optimistic scores were highly correlated with self-efficacy and social support.Conclusion The optimistic level of maintenance hemodialysis patients needs to be improved,and general self-efficacy and social support are the influencing factors.Cultivate patients’self-efficacy management level,improve social support,and thus improve patients’optimism.
