亳州市谯城区社区居民对冠心病知识知晓状况的调查分析

Survey on Cognitive Level of Disease Related Knowledge and Analysis in Qiaocheng District of Bozhou City Community Residents with Coronary Heart Disease

目的调查亳州市谯城区社区居民冠心病知识知晓现况。方法采用冠心病核心知识调查表,对亳州市城区常住居民进行问卷调查。结果共发放问卷520份,回收有效问卷500份,有效率96.2%,冠心病总体知晓率为31.7%。研究显示,不同学历(P<0.001)、收入水平(P=0.034)的居民冠心病知晓程度差异有统计学意义。结论亳州市谯城区社区居民对冠心病知识缺乏了解,社区卫生服务中心需进一步加大对冠心病的宣传教育。

Objective To investigate the current situation of knowledge of coronary heart disease among residents in qiaocheng district of bozhou city.Methods A self-designed questionnaire of coronary heart disease was used to investigate the permanent residents in bozhou city.Results A total of 520 questionnaires were issued,and 500 of them were effectively recovered.The effective rate was 96.2%.The overall awareness rate of coronary heart disease was 31.7%.The study showed that there were statistically significant differences in awareness of CHD among residents with different educational backgrounds(P<0.001)and income levels(P=0.034).Conclusion Qiaocheng district of bozhou city community residents lack of understanding of coronary heart disease knowledge,community health service center needs to increase the publicity and education of CHD.
