产科护理新模式对初产妇负性情绪、产程进展及护理质量的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of New Maternity Nursing Model on Primipara Negative Emotion, Progression of Labor and Quality of Nursing

目的探析对初产妇采取新模式护理方案实施护理后的效果。方法择选初产妇(本院当中200例作为样本),时间选定2017年3月1日至2018年9月1日,将其依据信封随机分组原则,设置对照组(基础护理为主护理)、观察组(新模式护理),单组100例样本量,对比两组的负性情绪、产程时间、护理质量。结果观察组初产妇在护理后,其负性情绪和产程时间调整良好,且护理质量中自然分娩概率为72.00%,效果均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论实施新模式护理的方案护理于初产妇当中,产妇的综合状况均改善。

Objective Analysis of the effect of new model nursing scheme on primipara after implementation of nursing.Methods Select the primipara(200 cases in our hospital as a sample),Selection of time from March 1,2017 to September 1,2018,according to the principle of envelope random grouping,the control group(basic nursing as the main nursing)and the observation group(new model nursing)were set up.The sample size of 100 cases in a single group was compared with the negative emotion,labor duration and nursing quality of the two groups.Results After the nursing of the primipara of the observation group,the negative emotion and labor time were adjusted well,and the probability of natural delivery in nursing quality was 72.00%,and the effect was better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of the new model of nursing program nursing in primipara,maternal comprehensive situation has improved.
