经尿道前列腺电切术后导尿管拔除方法的研究进展

Research Progress of Urethral Catheter Extraction after Transurethral Resection of Prostate

经尿道前列腺电切术是治疗前列腺增生的"金标准",术后常规放置20～22号三腔气囊导尿管,起到引流尿液、压迫止血的作用,该尿管管径较粗,气囊注水量大,按传统的方法拔除导尿管,易引起出血、疼痛、排尿困难、尿潴留的发生。本文综述了前列腺电切术后导尿管的拔除时机、拔管时间以及不同拔管方法对患者的影响,为缩短前列腺电切术后留置尿管时间,减轻患者痛苦,减少并发症的发生提供依据。

Transurethral resection of the prostate is the'golden standard'for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Routine placement of No.20~22 three-chamber balloon catheter after operation plays the role of draining urine and compressing hemostasis.The diameter of the catheter is thicker,the amount of balloon water is large,and the removal of the catheter by traditional method is easy to cause bleeding,pain,dysuria and urinary retention.This article reviews the time of catheter removal,the time of catheter removal and the effects of different methods of catheter removal after transurethral resection of the prostate on patients,so as to provide a basis for shortening the time of catheter indwelling after transurethral resection of the prostate,alleviating the pain of patients and reducing the occurrence of complications.
