局限性白癜风的术前评估及手术治疗研究

Preoperative Assessment and Surgical Treatment of Localized Vitiligo

目的分析局限性白癜风的临床特点,讨论如何进行术前评估及开展手术治疗。方法本次研究随机选择无锡市开源白癜风防治研究所2017年6月份至2018年9月份采取黑色素细胞培植术治疗的136例在局限性案例为观察对象,在白斑病情处于稳定期的术前评估基础上,实施黑色素细胞培植术治疗。结果术前评估对于培植术的开展提供精准依据,培植术的总有效率明显高于其他常规治疗手段。结论局限性白癜风患者术前完善各项相关术前评估,对白癜风精确诊断有重要参考价值,黑色素细胞培植术对局限性白癜风疗效显著。

Objective Analyze the clinical features of localized vitiligo and discuss how to perform preoperative evaluation and surgical treatment.Methods This study randomly selected 136 cases of Wuxi Kaiyuan Prevention and Control Research Institute of Vitiligo from June 2017 to September 2018.Operated autologous epidermal grafting in vitiligo,and the basis of preoperative evaluation was used in the stable period of leukoplakia.Results Preoperative evaluation provides a precise basis for the epidermal grafting.The total effective rate of the epidermal grafting is significantly higher than other conventional treatments.Conclusion Preoperative assessment of preoperative preoperative assessment of vitiligo patients has important reference value for the accurate diagnosis of vitiligo.Epidermal grafting has a significant effect on localized vitiligo.
