盐酸美金刚联合多巴丝肼在帕金森病痴呆患者的应用研究

Application of Memantine Hydrochloride combined with Dopazide in Patients with Parkinson's Disease and Dementia

目的探讨盐酸美金刚联合多巴丝肼在帕金森病痴呆患者的价值。方法收集帕金森病痴呆患者,分为研究组和对照组,两组基础治疗为多巴丝肼,研究组加用盐酸美金刚。对比两组临床量表评分及药物不良反应。结果本次研究中发现研究组和对照组治疗前MMSE量表评分、日常活动能力量表评分、H-Y分级及冻结步态量表评分无差异(P>0.05);研究组和对照组治疗中药物不良反应发生率无差异(P>0.05)。结论盐酸美金刚联合多巴丝肼在帕金森病痴呆患者的疗效肯定,药物安全性好。

Objective To explore the value of memantine hydrochloride combined with dopamine hydrazine in patients with Parkinson’s disease dementia.Methods Parkinson’s disease dementia patients were collected and divided into study group and control group.The basic treatment of the two groups was dopamine hydrazine.The study group was treated with memantine hydrochloride.The clinical scale scores and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no difference in MMSE scale score,daily activity scale score,H-Y grade and frozen gait scale score between the study group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05);there was no difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Memantine hydrochloride combined with dopazide is effective and safe in patients with Parkinson’s disease and dementia.
