盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入疗法治疗老年慢性支气管炎临床疗效的研究

Clinical Efficacy of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Aerosol Inhalation Therapy in the Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis in the Elderly

目的探究对老年慢性支气管炎患者盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入疗法的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月医院呼吸内科收治的110例慢性支气管炎老年患者,可随机分成两组,55例老年患者进行常规药物吸入治疗为对照组,55例老年患者予以盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入疗法为观察组,比较两组老年患者的临床疗效。结果观察组老年患者的临床疗效(96.36%)明显高于对照组(80.00%),P<0.05;观察组的喘息、咳嗽、咳痰症状缓解时间明显短于对照组,P<0.05。结论对老年慢性支气管炎患者予以盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗,可快速缓解老年患者的临床症状,缩短喘息、咳嗽、咳痰的缓解时间,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride aerosol inhalation therapy in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods A total of 110 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.55 elderly patients received conventional drug inhalation as a control group,and 55 elderly patients received hydrochloric acid ambroxol aerosol inhalation therapy was used as an observation group to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of elderly patients.Results The clinical efficacy of the elderly patients in the observation group(96.36%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%),P<0.05.The time to relieve the symptoms of wheezing,cough and expectoration in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis with ambroxol hydrochloride aerosol inhalation can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients,shorten the relief time of wheezing,cough and expectoration,and the effect is significant,it is worth promoting.
