优思明在人流后子宫内膜修复中的疗效研究

Effectiveness of Yousiming in Endometrial Repair after Abortion

目的研究分析在人流后子宫内膜修复中应用优思明进行治疗的临床疗效。方法择取在2017年8月至2018年7月到我院行人工流产终止妊娠的98例患者,随机均分为49例A组、49例B组,予以A组行复方益母胶囊进行治疗,予以B组行优思明进行治疗,统计并发症发生情况以及子宫内膜厚度、阴道流血时间、流血量情况,并进行评价与对比分析。结果 A组并发症发生率为16.33%,B组为2.04%,经比较B组并发症发生率明显更低(P<0.05);B组子宫内膜厚度、阴道流血时间、流血量情况均显著优于A组(P<0.05)。结论对于行人工流产方式终止妊娠的患者而言,应用优思明进行治疗的效果可观,可有效帮助修复子宫内膜,改善阴道流血现象,且具有较高的安全性,具有理想的借鉴以及推广价值。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of Yousiming in endometrial repair after abortion.Methods From August 2017 to July 2018,98 patients were randomly divided into 49 cases of group A and49 cases of group B.Group A was treated with compound Yimu capsule and group B was treated with Yousiming.The incidence of complications,endometrial thickness,vaginal bleeding time and bleeding volume were counted and evaluated and compared.Results The incidence of complications was 16.33%in group A and 2.04%in group B,which was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05).The thickness of endometrium,the time of vaginal bleeding and the amount of bleeding in group B were significantly better than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients who terminate pregnancy by induced abortion,the effect of using Yousiming is considerable.It can effectively help to repair the endometrium,improve the phenomenon of vaginal bleeding,and has a high safety.It has an ideal reference and promotion value.
