摘要
目的探讨翻转课堂在高职护生肌内注射法技术训练中的应用效果及价值。方法将88名高职护生依据简单随机化方法分为对照组与研究组,各包含44名对象。对照组在肌内注射法技术训练中应用常规教学方法,研究组在肌内注射法技术训练中应用翻转课堂教学模式。对比2组注射器药品吸入、注射器进针位置、注射器进针深度、药品注射、拔针操作得分,并评价2组对教学模式的满意度。结果研究组注射器药品吸入、注射器进针位置、注射器进针深度、药品注射、拔针操作得分均高于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);研究组与对照组对教学模式的满意度等级分布及总满意率均可见显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论高职护生肌内注射法技术训练中翻转课堂的应用能够提升实训成绩,改善其满意度。
Objective To explore application effect and value of flipping classroom in intramuscular injection training of higher vocational college nursing students.Methods Divide 88 cases higher vocational nursing students into control group and research group according to simple random method,44 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine teaching method in intramuscular injection training,and research group with flipping classroom teaching mode for intramuscular injection training.Compare scores of drug injection inhalation,needle insertion position,needle insertion depth,drug injection and needle extraction between two groups,evaluate teaching mode satisfaction of two groups.Results Scores of drug injection inhalation,needle insertion position,needle insertion depth,drug injection and needle extraction in research group were significantly higher than control group,with significant difference,(P<0.05),satisfaction degree grade distribution of teaching mode showed significant differences between study group and control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Flipping classroom can improve training performance and satisfaction degree in intramuscular injection training of higher vocational college nursing students.
