医护联合教学查房在神经外科护理实习带教中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究医护联合教学查房在神经外科护理实习带教中的应用效果。方法通过随机分组的方式将我院选取的在我院神经外科一病区和二病区临床实习的44名学生分成A组(n=23名)和B组(n=21名),其中A组使用医护联合教学查房带教,B组使用传统教学查房法,进而对比和分析不同查房方式在神经外科护理带教中的应用效果。结果 A组经过带教后对教学的满意度91.30%明显高于B组经过带教后对教学的满意度66.67%,并且A组经过带教后的理论考核成绩(90.87±5.25)分和护理病历书写评分(91.15±5.01)分均明显高于B组经过带教后的理论考核成绩(81.66±3.04)分和护理病历书写评分(83.77±2.98)分(P<0.05)。结论医护联合教学查房有助于实习生的专业理论知识及工作实践水平的提高,对于实习生对这种教学方式的满意度的提升也有着极大的促进作用,有利于培养更多的神经外科护理方面的人才。 Objective To explore application effect of doctor-nurse combined teaching rounds in neurosurgery nursing practice teaching.Methods Divide 44 clinical practice students in Neurosurgery Ward 1 and 2 in our hospital with random grouping method into group A(n=23)and group B(n=21).Group A was treated with doctor-nurse combined teaching rounds,and group B with traditional teaching rounds.Compare and analyze application effect of different rounds in neurosurgery nursing teaching.Results Teaching satisfaction degree of group A was 91.30%,obviously higher than 66.67%of group B,theoretical assessment scores after teaching were(90.87±5.25)and nursing record writing scores were(91.15±5.01)in group A,obviously higher than(81.66±3.04)and(83.77±2.98)in group B,(P<0.05).Conclusion Doctor-nurse combined teaching rounds can help interns to improve professional theoretical knowledge and work practice level,and promote their satisfaction degree with the teaching method,which is conducive to training more neurosurgical nursing talents.
