经阴道超声诊断未破裂型宫外孕的临床价值分析

Clinical Value Analysis of Transvaginal Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Unruptured Extrauterine Pregnancy

目的分析经阴道超声诊断未破裂型宫外孕的临床价值。方法对我院收治的84例早期未破裂型宫外孕患者进行研究,按照简易随机法分为两组,每组42例,对照组、观察组分别应用经腹二维超声诊断、阴道超声检查,对比不同影像学检查方法的诊断结果。结果经阴道超声诊断准确率高于经腹二维超声诊断结果,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声诊断未破裂宫外孕,诊断准确率较高,可降低误诊率,用于指导临床治疗具有积极意义。

Objective To analyze clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of unruptured ectopic pregnancy.Methods Study 84 cases early unruptured ectopic pregnancy patients in our hospital,according to simple random method,divide them into two groups,42 cases in each group.Control group and observation group were diagnosed with transabdominal two-dimensional ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound respectively.Compare diagnostic results of different imaging methods.Results Diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound was higher than transabdominal two-dimensional ultrasound,comparison showed statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis has high diagnostic accuracy for unruptured ectopic pregnancy,can reduce misdiagnosis rate,which is of positive significance in guiding clinical treatment.
