预防性护理干预在老年呼吸内科医院感染患者中的护理效果及安全性研究

Nursing Effect and Safety Research of Preventive Nursing Intervention for Elderly Respiratory Medicine Nosocomial Infection Patients

目的探讨预防性护理干预在老年呼吸内科医院感染患者中的护理效果及安全性。方法选择2017年6月至2018年3月治疗的老年呼吸内科患者84例作为对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=42)。对照组给予常规方法护理,观察组采用预防性护理干预,比较两组医院感染发生率、并发症发生率、护理满意率及护理质量。结果观察组护理后医院感染率及并发症发生率,均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后满意率,高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后1个月健康教育、治疗性护理、生活护理及心理护理评分,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将预防性护理干预用于老年呼吸内科患者中有助于降低医院感染率与并发症发生率,能提高护理满意率及护理质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore nursing effect and safety of preventive nursing intervention in elderly respiratory medicine nosocomial infection patients.Methods Choose 84 cases elderly respiratory diseases patients from June 2017 to March 2018 as study objects.Divide them into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42)randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with preventive nursing intervention.After one month of nursing,Evaluate effect of patients.Compare nosocomial infection incidence,complications,nursing satisfaction and nursing quality between two groups.Results Nosocomial infection incidence and complications after nursing of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05);satisfaction degree after nursing of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);health education scores,curative nursing,life nursing and psychological nursing of observation group one month after nursing were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive nursing intervention is helpful to reduce nosocomial infection incidence and complications of elderly respiratory medicine patients,can improve satisfaction degree and nursing quality,which is worthy of promotion and application.
