快速康复外科理念在胃肠手术患者围术期护理中的应用

Application of Fast Rehabilitation Surgery Concept in Perioperative Nursing of Gastrointestinal Surgery Patients

目的探究快速康复外科理念在胃肠手术患者围术期护理中的应用。方法取2017年4月至2018年3月我院收治的92例胃肠手术患者作为研究对象,利用双盲法进行分组,分为对照组和观察组,每组各46例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组应用快速康复外科理念。结果对照组患者和观察组两组患者同时采用不同的护理方式,在进行一段时间的护理措施之后,发现观察组患者的术后恢复情况明显优于对照组,且观察组患者术后并发症明显低于对照组,差异明显,P<0.05,有统计学意义。另外,两组患者在术后并发症发生率上,对照组咽喉疼痛和恶心呕吐这两方面的发生率为47.83%、60.87%;观察组患者咽喉疼痛和恶心呕吐这两方面的发生率为13.04%、36.96%,两组对比差异明显,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论对胃肠手术患者围术期护理中,选用快速康复外科理念,能够对患者的病情进行有效的控制,促进患者尽早康复,同时降低患者并发症的发生率,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore application of fast rehabilitation surgery concept in perioperative nursing of gastrointestinal surgery patients.Methods Choose 92 cases gastrointestinal surgery patients in our hospital from April 2017 to March 2018 as study objects,divide them into control group and observation group with double-blind method,46 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with fast rehabilitation surgery.Results Control group and observation group was treated with different nursing methods at the same time.After a period of nursing measures,recovery of observation group was significantly better than control group,and complications of observation group were significantly lower than control group,difference showed statistical significance,P<0.05.In addition,for postoperative complication incidence of two groups,that of pharyngeal pain,nausea and vomiting in control group was 47.83%and 60.87%,13.04%and 36.96%in observation group respectively.Difference showed statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Fast rehabilitation surgery concept can control patient’s condition effectively,promote early recovery of patients,and reduce complications incidence of perioperative nursing patients with gastrointestinal surgery,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
