摘要
目的探讨共情护理对抑郁症患者护理的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2018年7月于我院治疗的112例抑郁症患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组患者采用共情护理,观察两组临床效果。结果研究组患者护理满意度高,干预后抑郁情绪评分低于对照组,生活功能评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论共情护理在抑郁症患者护理中疗效显著。
Objective To explore clinical curative effect of empathic nursing on depression patients.Methods Choose 112 cases depression patients treated in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2018,divide them into study group and control group randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and study group with sympathetic nursing.Observe clinical effects of two groups.Results Nursing satisfaction degree of study group was higher,depression scores after intervention were lower than control group,and life function scores were higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Empathy nursing has significant effect on depression patients.
