摘要
目的探讨小组心理护理在抑郁症患者护理的临床疗效。方法选取2018年2月至2018年8月我院收治的106例抑郁症患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用传统心理护理,研究组叠加小组心理护理,观察两组治疗效果。结果研究组患者护理满意度高,研究组患者个人抑郁情绪缓解较好,研究组患者社会功能评分较高。结论小组心理护理在抑郁症患者护理中的临床疗效显著。
Objective To explore clinical effect of group psychological nursing on depression patients.Methods Choose 106 case depression patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to August 2018,divide them into study group and control group randomly.Control group was treated with traditional psychological nursing,and study group with additional group psychological nursing.Observe curative effects of two groups.Results Nursing satisfaction degree of study group was higher,Individual depression relief of study group was better with higher social function scores.Conclusion Group psychological nursing has remarkable clinical effect in nursing of depressive patients.
