腹腔镜胆囊切除术手术护理配合要点及术中护理体会

Nursing Cooperation Points and Intraoperative Nursing Experience of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的本文主要对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者手术护理之中相关的配合要点以及术中护理展开分析。方法选取2016年7月至2018年7月我院进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的胆囊结石、胆囊息肉患者50例作为纳入本次研究范围之内,加强手术护理措施的研究,对预后治疗效果展开分析。结果在患者的护理满意度分析中,其中45例患者对于手术护理配合形式感到满意,满意度为90.0%。结论在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的治疗之中加强手术护理配合,患者的预后效果十分显著,在实践之中需要加强术前的准备,以及相关细节护理的展开,可有效的保障患者手术的顺利进行,值得推广。

Objective To analyze key cooperation points of and intraoperative nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients during nursing.Methods Choose 50 cases cholecystolithiasis and gallbladder polyp patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 as study objects.Study operative nursing measures and analyze prognosis and curative effect.Results Nursing satisfaction analysis of patients showed,45 cases were satisfied with operation nursing cooperation form,with satisfaction degree of 90.0%.Conclusion Strengthening cooperation of operative nursing has remarkable prognostic effect in treatment of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients,it is necessary to strengthen preoperative preparation and related nursing details in practice,which can guarantee smooth operation of patients effectively,and is worthy of promotion.
