老年抑郁症患者心理疏导及精神护理措施

Psychological Counseling and Psychological Nursing Measures for Elderly Depression Patients

目的探讨老年抑郁症患者心理疏导及精神护理的效果。方法回顾性分析我院于2017年1月至2018年1月期间收治的老年抑郁症患者60例,并按照护理方法的不同将其随机分为2组,对照组与观察组(每组30例)。其中,对照组实行常规护理方法,观察组实行心理疏导及精神护理。比较两组患者护理前后的抑郁质量表(SDS)与焦虑自量表(SAS)与护理服务满意度。结果护理后两组患者的SDS、SAS评分均低于本组护理前,差异比较明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的护理服务满意度为70.00%,观察组的护理满意度为93.33%,差异比较明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理疏导及精神护理应用于老年抑郁症患者效果好,明显减轻患者的的焦虑与抑郁,提高患者生活质量,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore effect of psychological counseling and mental nursing for elderly depression patients.Methods Review and analyze 60 cases elderly depressive patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018.Divide them into two groups randomly according to different nursing methods,control group and observation group(30 cases in each group).Among them,control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with psychological counseling and mental nursing.Compare depression quality scale(SDS),selfanxiety scale(SAS)and nursing service satisfaction between two groups before and after nursing.Results After nursing,SDS and SAS scores of two groups were lower than before nursing,difference showed statistical significance,(P<0.05);nursing service satisfaction degree of control group was 70.00%,and observation group was 93.33%,difference showed statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological counseling and psychiatric nursing has good effect in treatment of elderly depression,which can alleviate anxiety and depression significantly,improve life quality of patients,which is of high application value.
