外台茯苓饮加减治疗中虚气逆型非糜烂性胃食管返流病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Waitai Poria Cocos Decoction in Treatment of Middle Deficiency and Qi Inverse Type Non-erosive Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

目的对在中虚气逆型非糜烂性胃食管返流病的治疗中外台茯苓饮加减治疗的临床效果进行探讨,以期为进一步提高临床用药的合理性提供参考。方法选取我院于2016年8月至2018年3月接收的66例中虚气逆型非糜烂性胃食管返流患者,并将其随机分为对照组(30例)与观察组(36例),分别给予常规西药与外台茯苓饮加减治疗。对两种用药方案下患者临床治疗总有效率进行对比观察。结果与对照组相比,在临床治疗总有效率方面,观察组明显较高(P<0.05)。结论在中虚气逆型非糜烂性胃食管返流病的治疗中外台茯苓饮加减治疗可取得相对于常规西药治疗更好的效果,值得推广。

Objective To explore clinical effect of modified Waitai Poria Cocos Decoction in treatment of middle deficiency and Qi inverse non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux,to provide further reference for improving rationality of clinical medication.Methods Choose 66 cases middle deficiency and Qi inverse non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux patients in our hospital from August 2016 to March 2018,divide them into control group(30 cases)and observation group(36 cases)randomly,treated with routine western medicine and modified Waitai Poria Cocos Decoction respectively.Compare and observe total effective rate of clinical treatment with two medication schemes.Results Total effective rate of clinical treatment in observation group was significantly higher than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion In modified Waitai Poria Cocos Decoction can achieve better effect than routine western medicine treatment for middle deficiency and Qi inverse non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux,which is worthy of promotion.
