参芪扶正注射液在晚期NSCLC患者化疗中的辅助作用

Adjuvant Effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on Advanced NSCLC Chemotherapy Patients

目的分析参芪扶正注射液在晚期NSCLC患者化疗中的辅助作用。方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月收治的晚期NSCLC患者56例为研究对象,随机列表法分为对照组28例进行单纯化疗,观察组28例,在化疗基础上采用参芪扶正注射液治疗,对比两种治疗方式效果。结果两组患者临床疗效无较大差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者生活质量更好,数据差异显著(P<0.05);对照组患者血红蛋白、白细胞下降程度更多,差异较大(P<0.05),血小板降低程度无较大差异(P>0.05)。结论为晚期NSCLC患者予以化疗基础上的参芪扶正注射液治疗时临床疗效较好,且不良反应少,有应用价值。

Objective To analyze adjuvant effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on advanced NSCLC chemotherapy patients.Methods Choose 56 cases advanced NSCLC patients admitted from January 2017 to June 2018 as research objects.28 cases in control group were treated with chemotherapy only and 28 cases in observation group with Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the basis of chemotherapy.Compare effects of two treatment methods.Results Clinical effect difference showed no statistical significance between two groups(P>0.05).Life quality of observation group was better with significant data difference,(P<0.05).Decrease of hemoglobin and white blood cells in control group was more significant,with significant difference(P<0.05),decrease of platelet showed no significant difference,(P>0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng Injection has good clinical effect and fewer adverse reactions for advanced NSCLC patients based on chemotherapy,which is of practical value.
