厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Irbesartan Combined with Amlodipine on Elderly Hypertension

目的观察厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的临床疗效进行评价。方法收集我院收治的46例老年高血压患者,按照1:1比例配对法分为两组,对照组23例、观察组23例分别应用单纯口服氨氯地平、厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗,比较两组患者治疗临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后的收缩压、舒张压与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),但两组患者治疗后血生化指标水平、不良反应无差异(P>0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压,可有效稳定患者的血压水平,应用安全可靠。

Objective To observe and evaluate clinical cuartive effect of irbesartan combined with amlodipine in treatment of elderly hypertension.Methods Collect 46 cases elderly hypertension patients in our hospital,divide them into two groups according to 1:1 matching method.23 cases in control group and 23 cases in observation group were treated with amlodipine only,irbesartan combined with amlodipine respectively.Compare clinical curative effect of two groups.Results Systolic and diastolic blood pressure of observation group after treatment showed significant difference from control group(P<0.05),and blood biochemical index level and adverse reactions showed no difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan combined with amlodipine can stabilize blood pressure level of elderly hypertension patients effectively,which is safe and reliable for application.
