中医辨证治疗慢性浅表性胃炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chronic Superficial Gastritis Treated wity TCM Syndrome Differentiation

目的观察中医辨证治疗慢性浅表性胃炎临床效果。方法选取2017年3月至2018年7月本院收治的68例慢性浅表性胃炎患者,根据不同治疗方案将其分成两组各34例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,给予患者奥美拉唑(20 mg,口服,bid)+克拉霉素(500 mg,口服,bid)+阿莫西林(1000 mg,口服,bid),观察组采用中医辨证治疗,14 d后比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率(94.12%)明显高于对照组(73.53%)(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率5.88%(2/34)明显低于对照组29.41%(10/34)(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证治疗慢性浅表性胃炎可有效改善患者临床症状,促进胃黏膜炎症吸收,疗效显著,安全性可靠。

Objective To observe clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation on chronic superficial gastritis.Methods Choose 68 cases chronic superficial gastritis patients admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to July 2018,divide them into two groups according to different treatment schemes,34 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine western medicine of omeprazole(20 mg,oral,bid)±clarithromycin(500 mg,oral,bid)±amoxicillin(1000 mg,oral,bid).Observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation.After 14 days,Compareclinical effect and adverse reactions of two groups.Results Effective rate of observation group(94.12%)was significantly higher than control group(73.53%)(P<0.05);adverse reactions incidence of observation group was 5.88%(2/34)lower than control group(29.41%(10/34)(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM symptoms differentiation of can improve clinical symptoms of chronic superficial gastritis patients and promote absorption of gastric mucosal inflammation effectively,which remarkable curative effect and reliable safety.
