芬太尼联合丙泊酚用于无痛人流术麻醉的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Fentanyl Combined with Propofol on Painless Induced Abortion Anesthesia

目的分析芬太尼联合丙泊酚用于无痛人流术麻醉中所产生的临床效果。方法选取82例无痛人流术患者作为观察对象,随机分组,观察组采用芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉方法,对照组采用丙泊酚进行麻醉处理,对比两组患者麻醉效果。结果观察组麻醉起效时间、清醒时间、丙泊酚用量均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组镇痛有效率(95.12%)高于对照组(73.17%),两组对比存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论无痛人流术麻醉处理效果直接影响到患者安全,芬太尼联合丙泊酚,麻醉效果良好,能够提高镇痛疗效,患者应用安全有效,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of fentanyl combined with propofol in painless induced abortion anesthesia.Methods Choose 82 cases painless induced abortion patients as research objects,divide them into two groups randomly.Observation group was anesthetized with fentanyl combined with propofol,and control group with propofol.Compare anesthetic effects of two groups.Results Onset time of anesthesia,awakening time and propofol dosage in observation group was shorter than control group(P<0.05),and analgesic efficiency in observation group(95.12%)was higher than control group(73.17%),difference showed statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Anesthesia treatment effect of painless induced abortion may influence safety of patients directly,fentanyl combined with propofol has good anesthetic effect,can improve analgesic curative effect,with safety and effectiveness,which has clinical application value.
