护理干预对宫颈癌手术患者在预防下肢深静脉血栓中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Nursing Intervention on Preventing Lower Extremities Deep Venous Thrombosis of Cervical Cancer Surgery Patients

目的探讨护理干预对宫颈癌手术患者在预防下肢深静脉血栓中的效果。方法将2016年3月至2018年2月90例宫颈癌手术患者随机数字表法分组,对照组施行常规护理,实验组应用预见性护理。比较两组宫颈癌手术患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率及护理服务满意度。结果实验组宫颈癌手术患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率4.44%(2/45)低于对照组,P<0.05,实验组护理服务满意度100.00%(45/45)高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在宫颈癌手术患者中予以有效护理干预措施,一方面能够提高患者对护理服务的满意度,另一方面也能有效降低患者下肢深静脉血栓的发生率,临床效果确切,值得应用。

Objective To explore effect of nursing intervention on preventing lower extremities deep venous thrombosis of cervical cancer surgery patients.Methods Divide 90 case cervical cancer surgery patients from March2016 to February 2018,into two groups with random digital table method.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and experimental group with predictive nursing.Compare incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis and satisfaction of nursing service between two groups.Results Incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in experimental group was 4.44%(2/45),lower than control group,(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of nursing service in experimental group was 100.00%(45/45),higher than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective nursing intervention can not only improve nursing services satisfaction of cervical cancer surgery patients,but reduce incidence of lower extremities deep venous thrombosis effectively with accurate clinical effect,which worthy of application.
