Emergency Pre-examination and Triage Process Reengineering and Quality of Triage

目的探讨急诊预检分诊流程再造对提升分诊质量的意义。方法随机抽取本院2016年1月至12月收治的35691例急诊患者分为常规组,所有患者均行常规急诊预检分诊流程,记录预检分诊情况并计算分诊准确率;于2017年实施急诊预检分诊流程再造工作,并将2017年1月至12月收治的41727例急诊患者分为再造组,计算其分诊准确率并与常规组比较,探讨急诊预检分诊流程再造对提升分诊质量的意义。结果两组急诊预检分诊准确率比较,再造组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论积极进行急诊预检分诊流程再造,可显著提升分诊质量,增加患者抢救成功率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the significance of re-construction of emergency pre-examination and triage in improving the quality of triage.Methods A total of 35691 emergency patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2016 were randomly divided into routine group.All patients underwent routine emergency pre-examination and triage,recording pre-examination and calculating the accuracy of triage.In 2017,the emergency pre-examination and re-examination process was re-engineered,and 41727 emergency patients admitted from January to December 2017 were divided into reconstituted groups.The accuracy of the triage was calculated and compared with the conventional group to discuss the emergency pre-examination.The significance of process reengineering to improve the quality of triage.Results The accuracy of the pre-examination of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Actively re-engineering the emergency pre-examination and triage process can significantly improve the quality of triage and increase the success rate of patients.It is worth promoting.
