摘要
目的探讨思维导图在神经外科护理记录书写中的应用效果。方法 2018年4月-8月运用思维导图对45名神经外科护士进行护理记录书写培训,采用自编的神经外科护理记录书写质量量表比较思维导图运用前后,神经外科护理记录书写质量的变化。结果思维导图应用前后,神经外科护理记录书写质量量表得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图能够提高神经外科护理记录的质量,具有一定的推广价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of mind mapping in the writing of neurosurgical nursing records.Methods From April to August 2018,45 neurosurgical nurses were trained in nursing record writing using the mind map.The self-made neurosurgery nursing record was used to compare the quality of the mind map before and after the use of the mental map variety.Results Before and after the application of the mind map,the scores of the neurosurgical nursing record quality scale were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping can improve the quality of neurosurgical nursing records and has certain promotion value.
