团体心理辅导对神经外科护士心理健康状况的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Group Counseling on the Mental Health Status of Neurosurgical Nurses

目的探讨在神经外科护士中开展团体心理辅导对于神经外科护士心理健康状况的影响。方法在2018年9月-12月选取在职的30名神经外科护士随机分为对照组和实验组,每组15名。对照组每月4次定期进行理论及人文素养辅导,实验组每月4次定期由专职心理咨询师进行团体心理辅导。4个月的辅导完成后均使用症状自评量表和护士工作压力源量表对两个组的护士进行心理健康状况测评和护士工作压力评价。结果辅导前,对照组和实验组在强迫症状、人际关系敏感、患者问题及两个量表的总分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);辅导后,对照组和实验组在强迫症状、人际关系敏感、患者问题及两个量表的总分均呈现显著的统计学意义(P<0.05),且采用团体心理辅导的实验组得分明显优于采用理论及人文素养辅导的对照组。结论持续的团体心理辅导可以切实有效地帮助神经外科护士疏通情绪,缓解紧张工作带来的焦虑、忧郁等负面情绪,提升神经外科护士的心理健康程度和抗压能力,极大提升心理健康水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of group psychological counseling on the mental health status of neurosurgical nurses in neurosurgical nurses.Methods Thirty neurosurgical nurses selected from September to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 15 in each group.The control group conducted regular theoretical and humanistic literacy counseling four times a month,and the experimental group regularly conducted group psychological counseling by a full-time psychological counselor four times a month.After the completion of the 4-month counseling,the nurses’work stress source scale and the symptom selfrating scale were used to evaluate the mental health status and nurse work stress of the nurses in the two groups.Results Before counseling,there was no significant difference in the total scores between the control group and the experimental group in obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,patient problems,and the two scales(P>0.05).After counseling,the control group and the experimental group were in obsessive-compulsive symptoms.The interpersonal sensitivity,patient problems and the total scores of the two scales all showed statistical significance(P<0.05),and the experimental group using group psychological counseling scores significantly better than the control group with theoretical and humanistic counseling.Conclusion Continuous group counseling can effectively help neurosurgical nurses to clear emotions,relieve negative emotions such as anxiety and depression caused by intense work,improve mental health and stress resistance of neurosurgical nurses,and greatly improve mental health..
